Opposition pressure group, Activists for Change (A4C) Thursday vowed to continue with their activities of conducting public rallies despite the Police chief’s warning to stop them.
The Inspector of General of Police Kale Kayihura last week warned A4C to stop holding rallies without police permission.
Addressing a news conference at Katonga Road in Kampala, A4C coordinator, Mathias Mpuuga insisted that they are to continue with their activities arguing that they are legal.
"The more they plot to disorganize our rallies, the more they strengthen our resolve," Mpuuga declared.Mpuuga accused the police for planting hooligans in their rallies to cause chaos and stone policemen to dent A4C.
